Actor Ahn Se-ha's Musical Participation in Doubt Amid School Violence Controversy

The future of actor Ahn Se-ha in the musical "Gentleman's Guide" has become uncertain amid recent bullying allegations.

On October 12, the production company ShowNote stated that there has been no confirmation regarding Ahn Se-ha's participation in the show. Currently, he is set to perform in "Gentleman's Guide: Love and Murder" at Gwanglim Art Center until October 20, with a performance scheduled for tomorrow. However, his appearance has reportedly not been finalized, raising questions about future shows.

On October 9, a post on an online community by a former classmate alleging that Ahn Se-ha bullied him during middle school ignited discussions online. The classmate described Ahn as a well-known bully, making serious allegations about violent behavior, including an incident where he claimed Ahn attacked him with glass. The agency quickly refuted these claims, declaring them 100% false, but further testimonies from other alleged victims have surfaced.

In response, Ahn Se-ha's agency announced they would take immediate action to address these allegations, emphasizing their resolve to clear his name. They indicated cooperation with police investigations to prove the allegations false. Meanwhile, Ahn has canceled upcoming appearances, including a ceremony scheduled for October 15 at Changwon NC Park, casting further doubt on his professional future.
