Actress Jung Ae-yeon has revealed the intense effort she dedicated to embodying her role as a powerful character in the drama "Your Honor."
The Genie TV original drama revolves around the themes of paternal instincts, featuring two fathers: a judge who conceals his son’s murder and a crime boss pursuing his son’s killer. In this gripping narrative, Jung plays Ma Ji-young, the wife of crime boss Kim Gang-hun, portrayed by Kim Myung-min. She brings to life a character marked by profound sorrow and fierce maternal instincts after the loss of her son.
To effectively portray her character, Jung focused not only on her performance but also on her visual presentation. She expressed, "I wanted to project an elegant and luxurious vibe," emphasizing her choice to avoid overtly flashy brands, in favor of a more understated opulence.
