The agency, The Black Label, announced on October 23 that the duet between Blackpink's Rosé and Bruno Mars reached this significant number just five days after its release on October 18. The music video garnered 25 million views within the first 24 hours and has consistently topped the trending music charts in South Korea and the United States, showcasing its global appeal. Expressing her gratitude, Rosé shared, “I naturally wrote this song based on a game I enjoyed with friends, and I'm truly moved by how many people are listening and enjoying it. Though I had many worries, the love I’ve received makes me happy and motivates me.” Meanwhile, "APT." was released as a pre-release single in anticipation of Rosé's official comeback on December 6, and it will also be included in her first full album, "rosie."
