BTS ARMY Launches Social Media Campaign Against Min Hee-jin's Return to Ador Amid Controversy

The BTS fandom, known as ARMY, has taken a stand against the return of former Ador CEO Min Hee-jin.

Starting from September 16, hashtags such as '#MinHeeJinOut', '#ARMYsWantMHJOut', and '#Dont_Use_BTS_and_ARMY' have been trending on X (formerly Twitter), particularly in North America, parts of Southeast Asia, the UK, and Germany. In a statement, ARMY expressed their concern about false narratives being circulated in their name and emphasized the need to clarify their position on the ongoing management situation. They firmly oppose her return to Hybe's subsidiary, Ador, citing her past actions that reportedly aimed to harm BTS during their military service.

ARMY further articulated their awareness that BTS is currently restricted from expressing their opinions, a situation that enhances their resolve. They urged former CEO Min Hee-jin to cease using the artist and fandom as tools for her own agenda and misinformation. This ongoing tension is heightened by the recent legal actions taken against her by Hybe in April for breach of duty, as well as her dismissal from Ador in late August.

In the midst of this controversy, Min Hee-jin has sought legal measures to convene an extraordinary shareholders' meeting for Ador and to reappoint herself as an internal director. As the situation develops, fans remain vigilant while advocating for their idols' integrity and autonomy.
