Cha Seung-won Playfully Scolds Fellow Actor Um Tae-goo During Lighthearted Outing on tvN's 'Three Meals a Day'

In a recent episode of tvN's "Three Meals a Day: Light," actor Cha Seung-won humorously reprimanded his co-star Um Tae-goo, showcasing their dynamic chemistry.

On the show aired on the 8th, Um Tae-goo, known for his introverted nature, visited the picturesque Jirisan house, where he interacted with Cha Seung-won and Yoo Hae-jin. The duo, excited about grocery shopping, raced through the fields to explore a traditional market brimming with fresh ingredients. Meanwhile, Um Tae-goo arrived at the quiet house, visibly anxious as he stepped in and sighed, struggling with the cameras focused on him.

As they awaited the return of Cha Seung-won and Yoo Hae-jin, producer Na Young-seok inquired who would greet Um Tae-goo more warmly. The actor responded, highlighting that he hadn’t seen Yoo Hae-jin in a long time, appreciating his potential surprise. When asked about his condition, Um Tae-goo admitted to feeling nervous despite trying to appear unbothered.

When Cha Seung-won finally returned, he welcomed Um Tae-goo with a warm hug, while Yoo Hae-jin commented on his rarity as a guest. Understanding Um Tae-goo's nerves, Yoo Hae-jin expressed concern, and Cha Seung-won reassured him, saying it was okay not to speak if he didn’t want to. This warmth set the tone for their impending meal preparations.

The meal preparation officially began as Cha Seung-won and Um Tae-goo headed to the perilla leaf field. Despite Cha’s instructions to pick larger leaves, Um presented him with small, yellowish ones, causing Cha to chide, “This won’t do, right? Let’s stick to the edible ones.” This playful interaction revealed the humorous dynamic between the actors and left the audience eager for more.
