Former Jewelry Member Lee Ji-hyun Takes on a New Challenge in a Noodle House
Lee Ji-hyun, a former member of the girl group Jewelry, has embarked on a unique journey by taking a part-time job at a noodle restaurant.
Recently, she shared a vlog on her official channel, "Easy Vibe," showcasing her experiences as she contemplates opening her own noodle shop. Expressing her concerns about future planning, Lee admitted that while she has thought about starting a business, she hesitated due to its perceived difficulties. However, she views this opportunity to learn as a valuable experience.
To gear up for her venture, Lee visited a clinic to obtain a health certificate, a crucial requirement for food service workers. Excitedly, she also took on her first part-time job in the industry, diving headfirst into the practical side of running a business.
Although she initially worried about being a burden, Lee impressed everyone with her culinary skills honed over ten years of household experience. She quickly mastered the recipes and efficiently handled the orders, earning praise from the restaurant manager.
After her shift, Lee expressed optimism about managing a small restaurant, noting that with practice, operating a modest establishment wouldn’t be a problem. She actively began scouting locations for her future restaurant, even visiting real estate properties to find the perfect spot.
