Former MBC Anchor Park Chang-hyun Joins 'Dolsinglez 6' After Recent Divorce and Departure from Broadcasting Career

In a surprising turn of events, former MBC announcer Park Chang-hyun's departure from the network and subsequent divorce have come to light.

On September 11, a representative from the MBN entertainment show "Single of the Singles 6" confirmed that Park would be appearing as a contestant. Having married his wife, who is two years younger, in 2016, Park became a single man after their divorce last year, following seven years of marriage. He has chosen to embark on a journey to find new love, sharing the reasons for his divorce during recent filming sessions.

Park Chang-hyun graduated from Yonsei University with a degree in Journalism and Broadcasting and joined MBC in 2013. Throughout his career, he has hosted several programs, including "News Today" and "Global Donation Show W." Last month, after leaving MBC, he declared himself a freelancer.

In addition to Park, the show will also feature the return of No Jung-myung, a former member of the early 2000s girl group Red Sox, who had announced her retirement from the entertainment industry after her marriage. "Single of the Singles 6" is a unique reality dating show focusing on individuals who are eager for remarriage and are ready to explore romance. The series is set to premiere on September 12.
