Former Super Junior member Sungmin has officially become a father!
On October 13, SM Entertainment announced that Sungmin's wife, musical actress Kim Sa-eun, gave birth to a son. Sungmin expressed his joy and responsibility as a new dad, thanking everyone for their congratulations. Just a day earlier, he hinted at this life-changing event during his appearance on MBC's “Son Tae-jin’s Trot Radio,” revealing that he would soon be known as “Dad Sungmin.”
Sungmin and Kim Sa-eun tied the knot in 2014, and their big news comes after nearly ten years of marriage. The couple received an outpouring of support from fans when they announced Kim’s pregnancy earlier this year. Last July, Sungmin shared on social media that a precious baby was on the way, vowing to raise him with love and care.
Currently, Sungmin is active in the music scene, having just released his new song “Yo. Yo. Yo” on September 22.
