Former T-ara member Ah-reum has made headlines as she recently announced her fourth pregnancy, just after giving birth to her third child.
On June 4, Ah-reum shared the news of her fourth pregnancy through her social media, stating, "I gave birth to Faith, and now I'm already expecting my second child. I'm eight weeks along. Knowing I'm pregnant, I will live more healthily and strive for a bright future." Previously, she revealed the birth of her third child on May 1 and expressed her emotional turmoil over hurtful speculation about her family.
Ah-reum emphasized her love for children, saying, "I love my kids dearly, and my maternal instincts are incredibly strong." She lamented the speculative articles surrounding her children, expressing frustration over the unfounded rumors.
In another development, the Gyeonggi Gwangmyeong Police Department has reported charges against Ah-reum for violations related to child welfare laws and potential fraud. She and her boyfriend allegedly borrowed approximately 37 million KRW from three acquaintances, including fans, and failed to repay the amount, leading to their referral to the Suwon District Prosecutor's Office.
Ah-reum, who joined T-ara in 2012 and left the group in 2013, married in 2019 and has two sons. After announcing the birth of her third child last month, she has now confirmed her fourth pregnancy, amidst renewed controversy surrounding past bullying allegations against T-ara.
