BTS to Revisit Past Concerts in '2024 BANG BANG CON'
According to Korean media, BTS will take a trip down memory lane through the ‘2024 BANG BANG CON’, revisiting their past performances.
On the 4th at noon (KST), BTS posted the main poster for the 'BTS ONLINE CONCERT WEEKEND' (hereafter referred to as '2024 BANG BANG CON') on their official SNS. 'BANG BANG CON' is a festival where fans can watch BTS's past concert performances for free.
According to the released poster, '2024 BANG BANG CON' will feature three concerts: '2014 BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE II THE RED BULLET', '2017 BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE III THE WINGS TOUR THE FINAL', and '2019 BTS WORLD TOUR LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF THE FINAL'.
The first concert, '2014 BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE II THE RED BULLET', held at Yes24 Live Hall (formerly AX-Korea) in Seoul, was BTS's first solo concert, held 1 year and 4 months after their debut. Over three days, BTS met with approximately 5,000 fans and performed hits like 'No More Dream', 'N.O', and 'We are bulletproof pt.1'.
Next, the 'BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE III THE WINGS TOUR THE FINAL' held in 2017 at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul will be featured. Through the 'WINGS TOUR', BTS sold out 40 performances in 19 cities, attracting a total of 550,000 fans. The concert showcased individual performances highlighting each member’s unique charm, including hit songs like 'FIRE', 'DNA', and 'Spring Day'.
Finally, 'BTS WORLD TOUR LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF THE FINAL', held in 2019 at the Olympic Stadium in Jamsil, Seoul, concluded the stadium tour. Through this tour, BTS performed 62 shows in 24 cities, connecting with over 2.06 million fans. They made history as the first Korean artists to hold a solo concert at Wembley Stadium in the UK and the first foreign artists to perform at a stadium in Saudi Arabia.
These historical concert performances from 2014 to 2019, showcasing BTS’s growth alongside their fandom ARMY, will be the main highlights of the ‘2024 BANG BANG CON’. The event will be available on BTS's official YouTube channel, BANGTANTV, starting from noon on the 8th.
