Jin Tae-hyun and Park Si-eun: A New Chapter
Actor Jin Tae-hyun shared heartfelt New Year greetings, announcing the addition of new family members.
On January 5, Jin Tae-hyun took to his social media to provide an update on his life and convey his New Year wishes. He expressed, “I wish for you to have only peaceful days in the new year,” and added, “I often receive greetings asking, ‘How have you been?’ Over time, we have grown closer as a couple, cherishing each day together.”
He continued, “What you can see are my television appearances, small YouTube projects, and marathon training, which I pursue diligently while enjoying fitness and living healthily.” Jin then revealed some previously unknown but delightful news: “We have welcomed two wonderful daughters into our family. One is an elite marathon runner from the Gyeonggi Provincial Office, and the other is preparing to become a nurse in Jeju.”
Jin shared, “One of our daughters has been with us since last year, while the other has been with us for a long time since her time in an orphanage. Each of them is striving hard in their respective lives, and we, as a married couple, have committed to fill any gaps with love under the name of family, sharing meals together.”
He expressed gratitude, stating, “We are thankful to be a couple who can extend even small gestures of support to someone. We look forward to the stories we will create as a family in 2025, and we hope to continue to grow our family with more sons and daughters.”
After wishing his fans a prosperous New Year, he vowed, “We will continue to work hard and give back, living just as we have been.”

Jin Tae-hyun married actress Park Si-eun in 2015 and adopted their daughter, Park Da-bi-da, through adult adoption. In 2022, they shared the news of a pregnancy but faced the heartbreaking loss of the baby just 20 days before the due date. Nonetheless, through their journey of expanding their family by way of adoption, they are becoming a source of inspiration for many.
