[OSEN=Jang Woo-young Reporter] Actors Jo Jung-seok and Park Jin-joo made special appearances in 'Ask the Stars.'
On the 4th, the newly premiered tvN weekend drama 'Ask the Stars' (written by Seo Sook-hyang, directed by Park Shin-woo) featured the special appearances of Jo Jung-seok and Park Jin-joo.
The survival-oriented obstetrician, Gong-ryong, met Eve Kim while boarding the G.O-10 spacecraft at the launch site in Kazakhstan on October 25, 2024. After donning the safety gear he was trained to wear, Gong-ryong told the commander, “I think I may have inadvertently touched the position antenna while coming down. They mentioned that without it, we won’t be able to locate our position on Earth, so could you please check?” To which Eve Kim replied, “The commander has checked everything while coming down.”
This news was also reported on television. News anchor Jo Jung-seok stated, “We paid 700 billion won to bring obstetrician Gong-ryong on board as a space tourist. Expedition 3 carries kits for intractable diseases like dementia, which humanity has yet to conquer, to the space station.” Following that, reporter Park Jin-joo made an appearance on-site, drawing attention.
The special appearances by Jo Jung-seok and Park Jin-joo seem to be connected through director Park Shin-woo and actress Gong Hyo-jin. Director Park previously directed the SBS drama 'Jealousy Incarnate,' where he collaborated with Gong Hyo-jin, Jo Jung-seok, and Park Jin-joo.
Meanwhile, 'Ask the Stars' is a drama portraying the life of boss 'Eve' (Gong Hyo-jin) who works in a weightless space station and the out-of-this-world experiences of an uninvited guest 'Gong-ryong' (Lee Min-ho) with a secret mission.
