On the KBS 2TV entertainment program Boss's Ears Are Donkeys' Ears aired on the 5th, broadcaster Jeon Hyun-moo mentioned his rumored relationship with announcer Hong Joo-yeon, who is 20 years his junior.

The episode featured Kim Byung-hyun’s emotional moment as he closed his shop after three years of operation. Jeon Hyun-moo greeted the audience by saying, “Finally, the new year of 2025 has dawned.” Kim Sook then revealed that Jeon Hyun-moo was born in the Year of the Snake. Upon hearing this, Park Myung-soo remarked, “He’s going to receive the grand prize this year.” Jeon Hyun-moo humorously acted out chest pains at the mention of the award, sharing his bittersweet feelings and eliciting laughter from the audience.

When asked if he had any special wishes, Jeon Hyun-moo responded, “If you only read the articles, it sounds like I’m newlywed. Later in the show, Lee Soon-sil mentioned, “This morning, there was an article saying you’re getting married to that announcer,” referencing the rumors surrounding Jeon Hyun-moo and Hong Joo-yeon. Jeon Hyun-moo playfully asked, “Did I get married today?”

Park Myung-soo added to the fun, joking, “I heard Jeon Hyun-moo has a son,” circulating some fake news that evoked laughter among the cast. He encouraged Jeon Hyun-moo, saying, “Get married quickly! Didn’t Lee Soon-sil promise to make you a blanket? There’s a wedding venue prepared at the hotel here too.”

Chef Shin Jong-cheol chimed in, “I’ll prepare a special menu,” which heightened the excitement surrounding Jeon Hyun-moo’s potential wedding and created a cheerful atmosphere.
