KBS 2TV’s ‘Boss’s Ears Are Donkey Ears’ captures the moment.
[Newsen Seo Yuna Reporter] Former announcer turned broadcaster Jeon Hyun-moo is dreaming of a rosy romance.
On January 5th, during the 287th episode of KBS 2TV's variety show 'Boss’s Ears Are Donkey Ears' (hereafter referred to as 'Donkey Ears'), Jeon Hyun-moo stated that his goal for the year is love.
On this day, Kim Sook mentioned that 2025 is the Year of the Blue Snake, highlighting that Jeon Hyun-moo is born in the Year of the Snake. In response, Park Myung-soo joked, "You'll win the grand prize this year," to which Jeon Hyun-moo clutching his chest expressed his heartache. Singer Lee Chan-won, during the '2024 KBS Entertainment Awards' held on December 21st of last year, won the grand prize, beating out fierce competitors including Jeon Hyun-moo, Yoo Jae-suk, Ryu Soo-young, and Kim Jong-min.
When asked about his wishes for the year, Jeon Hyun-moo stated, "Rather than having a wish, there's just a lot of reporting about my newlywed life. I wish there would be a little bit of rosy romance even in my real life." In response, Lee Soon-sil added, "There were reports this morning about you getting married," jokingly advising him to "just get married." This brought laughter from everyone. Park Myung-soo even chimed in, saying, "I heard there's news of a newborn."
Meanwhile, Jeon Hyun-moo has recently been involved in dating rumors with broadcaster Hong Joo-yeon, who is 20 years younger than him. Born in 1997, Hong Joo-yeon is a KBS 48th generation announcer.
