Kim Ah-young Expresses Gratitude to Park Shin-hye for Kind Gesture on the Set of Hell Judge

Actress Kim Ah-young expressed her gratitude towards Park Shin-hye during the press conference for the new SBS drama, "Judge from Hell," held on the 19th.

The event featured notable attendees including Park Shin-hye, Kim Jae-young, Kim In-kwon, Kim Ah-young, and director Park Jin-pyo. "Judge from Hell" follows the story of a demon judge named Justitia, who, tasked with sending ten unrepentant sinners to hell, finds herself inhabiting the body of a judge named Kang Bit-na, who died in an accident. Kim In-kwon plays a fellow demon, Gu Mando, who supports Park Shin-hye's character and described her intense gaze during filming as particularly striking compared to her previous roles.

Park Shin-hye explained that Kim In-kwon's character is the youngest demon, which brought unique challenges. Kim Ah-young reminisced about a line she delivered to Kim In-kwon during their initial shoot, illustrating the chemistry they needed to develop. She also shared a heartwarming story about receiving thermal underwear from Park Shin-hye during winter shooting, highlighting the warmth and camaraderie on set.

Park Shin-hye clarified that she offered the thermal underwear because she noticed Kim Ah-young was underdressed for the cold weather during filming starting in late February. "Judge from Hell" will air its first two episodes back-to-back on the 21st at 10 PM, following "Good Partner," promising an exciting addition to the K-drama lineup that fans won’t want to miss.
