Actors Kim Go-eun and Noh Sang-hyun recently raised expectations for their upcoming film "The Love Method in Big Cities" with their candid and engaging discussions on the web entertainment show "Salon Drip 2."

On October 17, the YouTube channel TEO released an episode featuring the two stars, where they shared their experiences working on the film directed by Lee Eun-hee. "The Love Method in Big Cities" tells the story of two free-spirited characters, Jae-hee (played by Kim Go-eun) and Heung-soo (played by Noh Sang-hyun), navigating their unique love story while living together. The film, based on the bestseller by author Park Sang-young, has already been officially invited to the Special Presentation section of the 49th Toronto International Film Festival, acknowledging its artistic merit.

Kim Go-eun expressed her enthusiasm for the project, noting that the script resonated with her personal experiences and reminded her of friends she knows. Noh Sang-hyun echoed her sentiments, praising the realistic dialogue that made it easy to engage with the script, and shared his admiration for Kim Go-eun, calling her a "genius actress." Their chemistry was further enhanced by a pre-shoot outing to a club to foster camaraderie among the cast and crew.

Both actors revealed their initial impressions of each other, with Kim Go-eun sharing her surprise at Noh Sang-hyun's humor once he loosened up after a few drinks. Noh Sang-hyun admitted he also takes time to warm up to people but quickly became close as production progressed. This relatable dynamic added depth to their portrayal of the characters in the film.

As for their clubbing styles, Kim Go-eun described herself as someone who fully immerses herself in dancing, while Noh Sang-hyun jokingly teased her impressive moves. In light-hearted banter, they also touched on Kim's post-drinking habits, highlighting both the challenges and growth they experienced during their college years. Together, they emphasized that "The Love Method in Big Cities" is about self-discovery and living authentically.

The film is set to be released on October 1, delivering a vibrant and thoughtful narrative that promises to engage audiences interested in contemporary relationships.
