In a heartfelt reunion, Shin Dong-yeob reminisced about his past drinking sessions with actor Kim Woo-bin, who has recently overcome significant health challenges.

In a new episode of his YouTube channel, "Jjanhanhyeong," Kim Woo-bin made a special appearance alongside Kim Sung-kyun, discussing their history and shared experiences. The two had previously acted together in the sitcom "Vampire Idol," and Dong-yeob warmly welcomed Woo-bin, expressing his excitement about seeing him again. Despite the joyful reunion, Woo-bin highlighted the serious health struggles he has faced, including a battle with nasopharyngeal cancer.

Although Woo-bin has returned to acting following his treatment and was recently seen in the drama "Our Blues," he opted for non-alcoholic beer during the recording instead of alcoholic beverages. Reflecting on his journey, Woo-bin revealed that he had completely abstained from alcohol during his five years of treatment, sharing that his first drink post-recovery was at a gathering with friends after the release of his film "Alien+Human." He now enjoys alcohol occasionally while traveling.

Shin Dong-yeob, recognizing the gravity of Woo-bin's situation, expressed surprise upon learning about the actor's cancer diagnosis and treatment. He shared his personal insight into the struggles of cancer treatment, having experienced it with his own mother. In response, Woo-bin emphasized his positive mindset, explaining that he focused on the opportunity to reconnect with family and friends during his treatment period.

Woo-bin further conveyed gratitude for the immense support and prayers he received, believing it played a key role in his recovery. He described how his health improvements astonished even the medical staff, remarking on the power of collective support. With a hopeful spirit, Woo-bin expressed his desire to pass on the goodwill he received to others, wishing for miracles to happen in more families.
