Korean Broadcaster Kim Dae-ho Sparks Speculation of Leaving His Job on 'Saved By Homes' Episode

In a recent episode of MBC's "구해줘! 홈즈" (Save Me! Homes), announcer Kim Dae-ho appeared to hint at a shift to a freelance career.

The special episode aired on the 12th, featuring luxurious apartment complexes known for their dining services, dubbed "밥 주는 아파트" (Rice Providing Apartments). Kim Dae-ho explored high-end apartments in Yeouido, Songpa, and Seongsu, expressing his admiration for the affordable yet luxurious dining experiences available to residents. His comments suggested a diminishing bias toward apartment living as he praised the facilities.

Particularly in Seongsu, he expressed a desire to experience life in such luxury, stating, "The marble floor is cool, but the sunlight is warm. I want to live this life at least once." Yang Se-hyung jokingly remarked on Kim's frequent hints about going freelance, adding an element of humor to the segment. Meanwhile, studio commentator Joo Woo-jae joked that it wouldn't be long before clips about Kim's declaration would surface on platforms like YouTube.

Additionally, Kim Dae-ho showcased his skills at an indoor golf range, where Park Na-rae humorously suggested he was signaling for a promotion. This playful teasing left Kim momentarily flustered, adding to the lighthearted atmosphere of the show. The episode captures the essence of modern Korean culture, where luxury living and humor intertwine seamlessly.
