Lee Jung-jae and Lim Se-ryeong Caught on Beach Date!

(Xports News Reporter Jo Hye-jin) Actor Lee Jung-jae was spotted enjoying a beach date with his publicly dating partner, Lim Se-ryung, Vice Chairman of the Dongseong Group.

On June 30th local time, American entertainment media outlet Backgrid revealed photos of Lee Jung-jae and Vice Chairman Lim Se-ryung enjoying a beach day in Saint Barthélemy in the Caribbean.

In the published photos, Lee Jung-jae is seen dressed casually in a white short-sleeve t-shirt and shorts while holding a camera. In front of him, Vice Chairman Lim Se-ryung is captured in a matching white bikini. The two were seen strolling freely along the beach and capturing moments together, attracting attention.

The couple has been publicly dating since 2015, and after acknowledging their relationship, they have continued to maintain their strong bond for nearly ten years.

They often attend various official events and red carpet functions together. They made appearances at the LACMA event and walked the red carpet at the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards, where Lee Jung-jae was nominated for his work in the Netflix series Squid Game (오징어 게임). Last year, Lee Jung-jae’s directorial debut film, Hunt (헌트), was officially invited to the 75th Cannes Film Festival, where Lim Se-ryung joined him on-site.

Meanwhile, the new season of Netflix’s record-breaking series Squid Game was released on December 26 of last year, after a three-year and three-month wait. Squid Game 2 premiered to phenomenal success, achieving the number one spot in the global TOP 10 across 93 countries (according to the OTT ranking site Flix Patrol). It also ranked first in the non-English series category on Netflix's weekly rankings, accumulating 68 million viewership within just four days of release.

Notably, Squid Game 2 garnered significant global attention even before its official release, securing a nomination for Best Television Series – Drama at the upcoming 82nd Golden Globe Awards. Director Hwang Dong-hyuk and lead actor Lee Jung-jae will also be attending the awards ceremony.

After conducting interviews with domestic press for Squid Game 2 in Korea, Lee Jung-jae departed the following day to attend the 82nd Golden Globe Awards. Their beach date, captured amid his busy schedule, is stirring interest even overseas.
