Five months later, her agency has officially confirmed her singer debut alongside a contract. While she initially performed as GYUNA, she will now be active as Olivia Marsh. Meanwhile, her sister Danielle and the NewJeans group are experiencing challenges, particularly with the prolonged conflict within their label HYBE, leading to the dismissal of CEO Min Hee-jin.

On November 11, the NewJeans members conducted an unscheduled live broadcast, demanding a return to normalcy at the agency.
