Excitement is in the air as singer Sungmin prepares to welcome his first child.
During his appearance on MBC's 'Trot Radio' on the 12th, he shared his feelings after hearing a grandmother listener announce the arrival of her grandchild. Sungmin revealed, "Up until today, I was Sungmin, but starting tomorrow, I'll be Dad Sungmin. My son is coming tomorrow," catching everyone's attention with his announcement. He expressed his nervousness about the upcoming event, stating that his hands were shaking from anxiety.
Host Son Tae-jin congratulated him, wishing for a smooth delivery, to which Sungmin replied that he was experiencing a lot of nervous energy. He lovingly called his unborn son by his nickname, Popo, assuring him that he will be there to protect and raise him after his difficult journey in the womb. Sungmin ended his heartfelt message by saying, "I love you, Popo. And honey, I love you," bringing tears to the listeners' eyes.
As congratulations poured in, Sungmin reflected on his journey in music, expressing gratitude for the support he has received over the years.
