Kim Da-hyun, the popular trot singer, took the spotlight with her remarkable growth during a recent appearance on JTBC's variety show "Knowing Bros."
In the episode that aired on September 14, Kim Da-hyun surprised viewers alongside guests Son Tae-jin, Enok, and Jeon Yu-jin. When Kim Hee-chul met her after a long time, he exclaimed, "Wow, Da-hyun has really grown!" Da-hyun responded with a smile, revealing that she is now 16 years old and has skipped a grade to enter high school early.
The 15-year-old, born in 2009, is the daughter of the renowned instructor Kim Bong-gon from Cheonghak-dong. Da-hyun gained fame after finishing third in TV Chosun’s “Miss Trot 2” and winning MVP on MBN’s “Hyeon Yeok Gawangjeon.” Notably, she also passed her high school equivalency test last April, showcasing her dedication beyond just music.
With her impressive achievements at such a young age, Kim Da-hyun continues to be a rising star in the K-pop industry.
