In a bold move, former spouse Yulhee (Kim Yulhee) has decided to pursue additional legal actions against her ex-husband, Choi Min-hwan.
On October 22, Yulhee shared a video on her channel detailing her daily life, where she elaborated on her decision to take legal action against online attackers. She mentioned that due to her public persona, she has faced numerous opinions and criticisms, but the rising aggression of negative comments prompted her to take a stand. Yulhee emphasized her intolerance for personal attacks, including harassment, stating that such behavior should be addressed by law without leniency.
Previously, Yulhee released recorded conversations implicating her ex-husband Choi Min-hwan in sex-related scandals, which led to his withdrawal from the band FT Island. After shedding light on the circumstances surrounding their divorce, Yulhee has expressed interest in resuming her entertainment career. On November 5, she filed a request to change custody and claim alimony and property division from Choi Min-hwan, who initially held custody during their divorce.
